Terms

Early access terms.

These terms describe early use of Kēhua while the product is still taking shape. They will be replaced with reviewed commercial terms before any paid employer rollout.

Use

Kēhua is for tracking job-search activity, improving candidate communication, and helping employers understand where follow-through breaks down.

Candidate tracker

Candidates are responsible for the applications, dates, notes, and status updates they add to their private tracker. Kēhua may use that activity to provide reminders and private tracking views. Candidates can withdraw from a role, close it, or keep it out of anonymous contribution.

Anonymous contribution

When anonymous contribution is enabled, tracker activity may help form company-level patterns about response times, follow-up, and closure. Kēhua does not sell or publish candidate identities, private notes, raw communications, or live application details.

Public reporting

Public pages show company-level patterns, not candidate identities or private messages. We may hold back, combine, or remove data where the signal is too thin, too noisy, or risks identifying a candidate. Employers can add context when something needs correction.

Employer connections

Employer beta connections are used to understand hiring communication and improve follow-through. Either party can end a beta connection.

Liability

Early access is for learning and feedback. Production commitments will be handled separately before any paid rollout.
